Port Askaig 8 Years Old is a single malt peated Scotch whisky aged for at least 8 years primarily in ex-bourbon casks before being bottled at 45.8% vol.

Color: Golden yellow.

Nose: Notes of lemon, charcoal, a hint of mineral and coastal influence, brine, butter cookies and custard.

Palate: oily and lively with notes of smoked peat, salted caramel, citrus, toasted hazelnut and spice with hints of vanilla and black pepper.

Finish: medium persistence with notes of smoke, black pepper, lemon and light vanilla.
