Founded in 1798 in Scotland's Orkney Islands, Highland Park distillery is one of the most remote in the world. Exposure to nature's elements and extreme location form the heart of this single malt.

The quality of Highland Park 12 year old is based on a few key aspects: a traditional malting on a stone floor, aromatic peat from the Orcads, and aging in carefully selected former sherry oak casks.

Nose: fresh, aromatic, clean, floral, herbaceous, hints of Manuka honey, citrus notes, cream.

Flavor: full, pleasant, deep, malt, oranges, notes of toast, green tea, jasmine. 

Finish: lingering, spicy, wood.
