With the Etudes series come the first aged Renegade rums in the history of this young distillery.

It is a precise work of research: each of the rums comes from a single farm in a single field of a single terroir of origin, with the special feature of having been aged for 2 years in a tropical climate in the best American and French oak barrels.

The sugarcane used comes from the 2021 harvest. Pot still distillation.

The New Bacolet release was produced from the Lacalome Red cane variety and aged in American First Fill and Premium French oak barrels.
