Aged in French oak barrels for at least 8 years and then carefully blended before bottling.
Before obtaining the cider, the apples are subjected to mixing and pressing, they are carefully washed and treated to extract the pulp of the fruit on one side, and the must on the other which will have to macerate for at least 6 weeks before reaching the alcohol content required for distillation, i.e. 4.5% vol. minimum.
