Who we are

ThereSisimbla's tobacconistIt was founded in 1959 by Franco Sisimbro in the elegant center of Naples, between Piazza Amedeo, Via dei Mille and Piazza San Pasquale.
From a simple store it was immediately become a landmark in the city for all those who love smoking the pipe and cigar.
At the time of the foundation it was possible to obtain only Tuscans and some Dutch cigar and thanks to the foresight and the passion of Franco, humidified showcases were made: The first in Italy.

Over the years, following a constant growth, the flat smoke category also added gift items, accessories and luxury objects, with prestigious brands like S.T. DupontCartier, Davidoff, Montegrappa, Mignon paris, Pineider 
And for game lovers, a vast area dedicated to board games, with roulette, chess, cards, chips and many other accessories.

In 2000 a "walk in humidor" is set up and the tobacconist becomes a destination with a pipe smokers and a cigar of all southern Italy and beyond.

For some years the daughter ofFrankAnita Sisimbla, guides the company infusing passion and dedication and draws the knowledge of her to her son Ciro who supports her daily.

And it is thanks to the love for the world of pipe cigars and the true cult of slow smoke, which in 2017 is inaugurated in the "living room" sisimbla the elegant and exclusive Habanos Lounge: The first in Italy.
 
The details of the sisimbla history

In 1959 Franco Sisimbla, a young man of alone eighteen, buys a small tobacconist in Via San Pasquale in Chiaia; despite the young man

A few years later, Franco, begins to move the first steps towards his goal, becoming a dealer for Cartier and Dupont lighters and cultivating what was the passion of him: the pipe.
Fifteen years later he succeeds in detecting the adjacent locals to enlarge his small shop.
Thanks to dedication and passion, Franco, in a short time, becomes exclusive of Pipe Castle and Dunhill in Campania; Passion that he won to convey to his daughter, Anita, who now leads the company.
Anita while perpetuating the paternal passions of her decides to widen the horizons of the business towards cigars and luxury objects.
In 2000 sisimbla prepares a Humidor Walk provided and as regards the 'slow smoke' becomes a point of reference for all the meridity.
Anita's motto is: "I can do without everything except the superfluous" (Oscar Wilde).
